While in Portland for meetings this past week I hung out a bunch with my old friend Zach Johnsen, one of the most talented dudes I know. Zach was an epic host, we did an amazing overnight hike, as seen in a previous post, and got to hang out more last week than we had in 5 years.

Alumni Panel at Mass Art in Boston, MA 4.23.2013 at 2pm
I will be at Mass Art, my alma mater, as part of an alumni discussion in the photo department. More info here. The other photographers on the panel make some pretty great work so it should be pretty interesting to hear all our different takes on life after art school. It is open to anyone so don’t be shy and come through.
I was in MO last month as well doing an artist talk at the University of MO at Columbia. It was a great experience. I hope to post a photo or two in the next week or so from that trip.

Thank you. I use a Sony RX100 and do some quick curves in Lightroom. I think of them like instagram. I’m really happy with my RX100 but I’ve also seen some amazing stuff from the Canon s100. In particular check out Thomas Prior’s p&s work taken with the canon.
